pgpc may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The payment method used for deposits must belong to the account holder.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
